Overview:
As a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and professional land economist (PLE) with 20+ years of experience in the fields of urban planning, demographic research and economic consulting, my practice focuses on complex matters where land use planning and city building overlaps with considerations such as municipal finance, economic development, policy design and efficient use of public resources.

I am a regular expert witness at the Ontario Land Tribunal, and have testified before its former iterations (Ontario Municipal Board, Local Planning Appeals Tribunal), as well as the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
My past work experience includes time spent at a major market research firm, a non-profit urban research think-tank, a prominent commercial real estate consulting firm, and a small Canadian municipality.
